Q. I have some old vinyl classical music recordings, and would like to find out if Greer would like to have some of them as a donation.

I have a spreadsheet listing what I have and its approximate date and condition. While Greer undoubtedly already has many of them, there may be some historic or out of print recordings among them. If someone there would like to look over the attached list and determine if they would like any of them I would be glad to bring them to the library. I can be contacted by e-mail or at 860-464-7054.

Thank you for your message. We are no longer accepting gifts of vinyl recordings at this time. You might try one of the larger university libraries (Yale, UConn, for example). I do appreciate your offer, however.
