When you submit an ILL article request, including the ISSN number (if possible) will significantly improve the speed of its delivery. We receive many articles the same day they are requested, though the average amount of time to receive an article remains around two days. 

You will receive an email notification as soon as your articles are available with a link to your Illiad account.
