When you submit an ILL request, our ILL office directs it towards the institutions that are most likely to fill it as quickly and conveniently as possible.
That means sending it to those institutions which are most likely to scan documents and make electronic copies available when possible. That usually takes one to several days. And you will be prompted to log back into your ILL account to retrive the documents. If print copies are necessary, then they will ship those here for you to check out. That usually take about a week, depending upon availability.
As soon as your requests are available, whether electronically or in print, you should receive an email notification telling you they are ready for download or pickup.
As it is Sunday evening now, I reckon you should hear something tomorrow or the next day about your requests. If you have any other questions about them, please don't hesitate to ask Emily in ILL - firstname.lastname@example.org - or myself.
I hope this helps. And I hopoe your requests arrive soon!
