All students now have access to Office 365, which includes PowerPoint. To download this software on your own computer, please follow these instructions:

Installing Connecticut College’s Office 365

1. Open a browser
2. Go to www.office.com
3. Click on the Sign in Button
4. Enter your Connecticut College email address
5. Click “Next”
6. Enter your current college password
7. Click “Sign In”
8. If this is your personal computer check “Don’t show this again” and Click “Yes”
9. A large white screen will be displayed, look for the “Install Office” button in the top right
hand corner of the screen.
10. Choose Office 365 Apps
11. The package will begin downloading… this will take a few minutes .. BE PATIENT!
12. After the download completes, double click that file
13. Follow the instructions in the Installer
14. After the install completes, launch 1 of the new applications. It may prompt you to login
again (use your Conn email and password.)
You are entitled to 1 install on a computer and 1 install on a mobile device

**** NOTE: If you install this on multiple computers or devices with your email
address, you may end up disabling your account and reactivation will be at the
discretion of Microsoft ****
